(formerly known as Invitel Technocom Távközlési Kft.) works as a service partner to several administrative and governmental institutions and bodies such as the Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services (KEKKH) as well as other organisations including the gas piping company Földgázszállító Zrt. The customised combinations of our info-communication services are able to meet the specific demands of various institutions and our range of clients has been expanding dynamically.

We hereby inform you that as of 1 January 2018, Act CXXVII of 2007 on Value Added Tax will be amended in the framework of the Digital Welfare Program. Accordingly, the VAT on Internet access services will be reduced from 18% to 5%.

3. Ownership structure

The company then known as PanTel Technocom Kft. started its operation on 1 January 2002 as a business owned by PanTel Távközlési és Kommunikációs Rt. and providing info-communication services specifically for the oil industry sector.

In 2005, PanTel Rt. sold its holdings to Pantel Kft. (the former Novacom Kft.) and became a member of the USA-based group HTCC (Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp.). Besides Pantel Kft., another important Hungarian company included in this group was Hungarotel Zrt., which specialised in fixed-line telecommunication services.

In 2008, HTCC bought the Invitel group and operated afterwards as Invitel. The name of Pantel Technocom Kft. was changed then to Invitel Technocom Kft.

In 2018, the company changed its name to InviTechnocom Kft.

InviTechnocom Kft. is fully owned by Invitech ICT Services Kft.

According to the Decision PC/27174-33/2017 of the President of the National Media and Communications Authority, InviTechnocom Kft. (hereinafter “obligated Service Provider”) is considered to have significant market power in the market of "Call termination in a unique, fixed-line public telephone network". Therefore, Invitech hereby fulfils its transparency obligation by publishing on its website the terms and conditions for the provision of call termination services as well as the applied termination rates.

The fee for call termination is HUF 0.26/minute. 

Obligated Service Provider is not required to apply this fee for the termination of calls from outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Please note that the following fees will be introduced as of 1 July 2018.

EU and EEA countries

The fees above, to be paid by Partner for Connection Services, do not include VAT.

InviTechnocom Kft. provides its call termination services exclusively through Invitech ICT Services Kft, via the interconnection points of the company.

Advanced services: CLIP and CLIR services. For these, InviTechnocom Kft. does not charge extra.
